About Our Office
Good health begins in the mouth.
Treating illness begins with an assessment of the mouth.
We greet you like family in our warm and inviting environment because in our practice, people come first. We work with patients in every avenue to support oral health – body, mind, and spirit – because true health and healing comes from recognizing and strengthening these relationships.

Answers to some of the most common patient questions
Do I Need to Do Anything Before My First Appointment?
Before your first appointment, we ask that you complete your intake forms at home and either send them to us in advance or bring them with you. This lets us focus on your health needs for the whole time you’ll be in our office.
You can download the forms here.
What If I Need to Cancel an Appointment?
We ask that you give us 72 hours’ notice (3 days) to cancel or reschedule.
Do You Take Dental Insurance?
Yes, we do accept dental plans and are glad to help you file claims. Just be sure to bring your current insurance card and any other required documents to your appointment.
However, understand that your benefits contract is between you and your insurance provider and/or employer. We do not guarantee that your provider will pay for your treatment, and we have no control over claim processing procedures or decisions. Ultimately, you’re the one responsible for payment.
What Payment Options Do You Offer?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Do You Offer Any Financing Plans?
Financing is available through CareCredit
Do You Really Need to Take X-rays?
Because x-rays show us your teeth, gums, and bone with a depth that a visual exam can’t accomplish, we do require a full-mouth series of x-rays at your first visit. If you have x-rays that are less than a year old, you can have your previous dentist send them to us to see if we can use them instead of taking new ones.
Do You Keep a Fragrance-Free Office?
We do use an essential oil diffuser in our office but can remove it on request for patients with sensitivities. If you wish to check how you might react to our diffuser, you’re welcome to stop by our office before your appointment.
What If I Have Other Sensory Needs?
We also have blankets available for comfort and support. Should you have other sensory needs, just let us know. Our goal is for you to feel as comfortable as possible during your time with us.
